Despicable Me
In a happy suburban neighborhood surrounded by white picket fences with flowering rose bushes sits a black house with a dead lawn. Unbeknownst to the neighbors, hidden beneath this home is a vast secret hideout. The protagonist, Gru, is the #2 villain who wants to accomplish an unthinkable task with the help of his large army of minions and various gadgets. He attempts this while trying to outsmart his arch-rival, #1 super villain, Vector. He thinks he's found the perfect scheme when he decides to do the impossible: steal the moon itself. Regardless of the fact of StreetDance 3D being released first, the third installment of the Step Up franchise is actually the first ever dance movie to be shot 3D - production of Step Up 3D started early 2009 while the UK-based dance movie began production in August. The movie is inspired by the movie The Dinner Game, a French black comedy, which has the same plot line.
Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (2010)
Kitty Galore, a hairless Sphynx cat, grows tired of dogs and her own cat friends. So, she decides to take over the world. Diggs, a police dog, and his mentor, Butch, are selected by the Dogs HQ spy force to stop her. The cats join forces with with the dogs and get additional support from the birds to block Galore's scheme. Galore, meanwhile, has the help of the mice and hires the devious cat and antagonist from the first film, Mr. Tinkles.

Henry teaches Louis the art of being an 'Extra Man'; accompanying and entertaining wealthy older women in their fanciful social lives.

No one really understands Felix Bush (Robert Duvall), who lives as a hermit deep in the woods. Rumors surround him, like how he might have killed in cold blood, and that he's in league with the devil. So the town is surprised when Felix shows up in town, demanding a "living funeral" for himself. Frank Quinn (Bill Murray), the owner of the Funeral Parlor, sees an opportunity for some money, and agrees to let the townsfolk tell Felix Bush the stories they've heard about him. Things get messy when an old mystery is brought back by Quinn's protege Buddy Robinson (Lucas Black), involving a local widow named Mattie Darrow (Sissy Spacek). When Felix's funeral rolls around, however, he'll tell the townsfolk exactly why he's been alone in the woods for so many years.
Twelve (2010)
Twelve is the story of 17-year-old White Mike, the privileged son of a restaurant tycoon. His mother succumbed to breast cancer several years before the film begins. White Mike is a drug dealer who has taken his senior year in high school off to sell drugs to his wealthy peers. When he is not selling drugs he is reminiscing of his childhood and philosophizing about a world he feels he is not a part of. The title of the film refers to a new designer drug which the protagonist of the novel, White Mike, sells. The drug is referred to as a cross between cocaine and ecstasy.
Beastly
Beastly is an upcoming fantasy romance feature film, based on Alex Flinn's 2007 novel of the same name. The film is written and directed by Daniel Barnz and stars Vanessa Hudgens, Alex Pettyfer, Mary Kate Olsen, Neil Patrick Harris and Lisa Gay Hamilton. The plot focuses on Kyle Kingson, a handsome man with an evil streak, who disrespects a classmate who is a witch in disguise during an environmental event. The witch, then, casts a spell on Kyle and physically transforms him into a grotesque monster. It was expected to be distributed to theaters by CBS Films on July 30, 2010. But eventually, they moved it to March 18, 2011, in order to avoid Hudgens's film from clashing with the release of boyfriend Zac Efron's.
Countdown to Zero
The film features interviews with leading statesmen and experts, including Tony Blair, Jimmy Carter, Mikhail Gorbachev, Robert McNamara, Pervez Musharraf, and Valerie Plame Wilson. The film was narrated by Gary Oldman. The musical score was composed by Peter Golub, and the rock band Pearl Jam contributed the song "The Fixer."
It was developed, financed and executive produced by Participant Media. The idea for the film first occurred to the producers when the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Al Gore after the success of his documentary about global warming, An Inconvenient Truth. Diane Weyermann of Participant Media asked Walker if she was interested in directing a film about nuclear weapons, and Walker said yes. More than 84 people were interviewed for the film. Global Zero, an international organization promoting the elimination of nuclear weapons, provided production assistance for the film.

Salt is an upcoming American action thriller film directed by Phillip Noyce, written by Kurt Wimmer and Brian Helgeland, and starring Angelina Jolie, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Liev Schreiber. Jolie plays Evelyn Salt, accused of being a KGB sleeper agent, on the run to try to clear her name. While Tom Cruise was initially secured for the lead, he was unable to commit to the role because of commitments to other projects, and the script was ultimately rewritten for Jolie.

Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a skilled thief in the art of "extraction," stealing secrets from deep within the unconscious mind during the dream state, when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb's rare ability has made him valuable in corporate espionage. In one last job, he must cause an "inception" – instead of stealing an idea, he must plant one. Christopher Nolan, the director of the movie, was quoted as saying "We don't do magic. Everything in Inception has a basis in reality, except for the technology" – apparently referring to the absence of metaphysical content in the film.

The series, influenced by Asian art, mythology and various martial arts fighting styles, was created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, and was adapted by M. Night Shyamalan, who will also direct and produce the film. Other producers include Frank Marshall, Kathleen Kennedy, Sam Mercer and Scott Aversano. Filming began in mid-March 2009; the movie will be released in both traditional two-dimensional projectors, as well as in 3D.

Sandler and Fred Wolf wrote the script and Dennis Dugan is directing. The film is produced by Sandler's production company Happy Madison and will be distributed by Columbia Pictures. Filming commenced in Southborough, Massachusetts on May 18, 2009, but most of the filming was done at Chebacco Lake in Essex, Massachusetts and at Water Wizz at Wareham, Massachusetts. It is set to be released on June 25, 2010. Adam Sandler has made films with the other four male leads, but all five have never appeared in the same movie until now.

Twelve year old Dre Parker (Jaden Smith) is the most popular kid in Detroit, Michigan until he and his single mother Sherry (Taraji P. Henson) move to Beijing as a result of her being transferred by the car making company she works for. In their new home in Beijing, Parker falls for a young school student named Mei Ying that he sees in the park. As Dre flirts with Ying, an infamous bully named Cheng comes to pick on Parker's strange dance moves. As Dre tries to fight back, he is hurt even more in the process, with a restrained Ying forced to watch. At home, Sherry is oblivious that anything has happened. The next day, on Parker's first day of school, Sherry realizes that Dre has makeup covering a black eye, but Dre is able to dismiss it by saying he ran into a pole. During school, Parker is "accidentally" bumped into by Cheng, who he realized earlier goes to the same school. Afterwards, he discovers Mei Ying's talented skills with the violin, but sees that her teacher thinks that she rushes and thinks that practicing during lunch is not enough, so she must make time during the weekend. Both Parker and Mei Ying find it difficult to form a solid friendship with each other because of their cultural differences and because Cheng seems to disapprove of them even making eye contact, and bullies Parker whenever he sees this.

Different theories about her origins come about as she integrates herself into the community. Syracuse's partly-disabled daughter Annie, comes to believe that the woman is a magical creature, while Syracuse himself falls in love with her. However, like all fairy tales, enchantment and darkness go hand in hand.

Get Him to the Greek is a 2010 American comedy film written and directed by Nicholas Stoller and starring Jonah Hill and Russell Brand. The film was released on June 4, 2010. Get Him to the Greek is a spin-off sequel from 2008 film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, reuniting director Stoller with stars Hill and Brand. Brand reprises his character Aldous Snow from Forgetting Sarah Marshall, while Hill plays an entirely new character. At one point, the film's title was changed to Get Me to the Gig and was then reverted to its original title.
